Diets These cute little bites are the perfect grab n go side dish. Beware, ’cause once you start popping them there is no stopping. They are really wholesome and delicious.
2 boxes mushrooms
2 cloves garlic (crushed) or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Pereg Black Pepper
4-5 potatoes, diced, cooked and drained
1-2 tablespoons oil
1 onion (diced and sautéed)
salt, to taste
Pereg Pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
Take all the stems off the mushroom and peel. Mix the mushrooms with the oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Lay out on a cookie sheet.
Mash the potatoes with oil, sautéed onions, and spices.
Syringe a little mashed potatoes into each mushroom.
Sprinkle on some panko crumbs.
Bake on 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
