1 bag purple shredded cabbage
1 bag green shredded cabbage
1 bag shredded carrots (or 5 carrots julienned)
1 pound (454 grams) angel hair pasta, cooked
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons Gefen Peanut Butter
1/3 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of red pepper flakes
Combine all salad ingredients.
Blend dressing ingredients and toss with salad.
