A perfectly simple side dish for your milchig seudah. You can even bake the fries in advance and just do the second part fresh, it will still taste amazing.
1 bag sweet potato fries, such as Beleaves Frozen Sweet Potato Sticks
1 tablespoon oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
salt, to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss fries with oil and salt.
Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are crispy.
Remove from oven and toss with butter, soup mix, and heavy cream.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Return to oven for another 10 minutes.
