3 carrots, diced
2 parsnip, diced
3 chicken cutlets, cut into pieces
1 cup barley
salt, generously
3 onions, diced
water to cover
4 garlic cubes
oil for sautéing
Sauté onions and garlic in oil until onions are translucent.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook for at least five hours.
