These rich and creamy truffles, dipped in delicious dairy chocolate, will be a definite winner! Save this recipe as it’ll certainly become a regular at your Shavuos kiddush table.
1 bar good-quality white chocolate
1 bar good-quality milk chocolate
8 ounces cream cheese (not whipped)
3 cups Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
Rice Krispies, for garnish
additional milk and/or white chocolate, melted, for decoration
Melt chocolate and cream cheese over a double boiler. Remove from flame. Add sugar and mix well.
Refrigerate for two to three hours. Roll into balls, then dip in melted chocolate mixed with Rice Krispies.
