Diets These 3-ingredient truffles are the perfect sweet treat for Shavuot. Besides being super easy, they are extremely versatile and kid-friendly, a great way to get your kids to help in the kitchen.
1 single package of lady fingers, crushed
6 tablespoons dulche de leche (caramel cream)
6 tablespoons sour cream
your child’s favorite sprinkles
shredded coconut
Mix all the crushed lady fingers, the dulce de leche, and sour cream together until it forms a nice ball – you don’t want the mixture too sticky. If it’s too sticky, you can place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or add a little more cookie crumbs.
Shape the dough into 20 bite-sized truffle balls and dip into your favorite toppings.

Hi, How much cookie crumbs would you put in? (in cups)
I haven’t seen lady fingers in my grocery
Thanks
I’m not exactly sure, but based on similar recipes, you can try about 2 to 2 1/2 cups of crushed cookies.
