This rich and nutty piece of chocolate bliss is almost more fun to make than it is to drink. Quick and easy to put together, with optional wow factor toppings that kick it out of the traditional cake sphere. See all of Mehadrin’s beautiful Shavuot 2023 recipes here.
3 cups Mehadrin Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Nutella or hazelnut cream
1 (3.5-ounce) bar hazelnut chocolate
chocolate chip cookie
hazelnut cream
toasted hazelnuts
hazelnut chocolate truffles and chocolate bars
Blend all shake ingredients in a high-speed blender for three to five minutes until smooth and creamy.
To assemble, shmear a wide strip of hazelnut cream on the outside of the glass, or around the rim, and cover with toasted hazelnuts.
Fill your glass with truffle shake and place a cookie over the glass.
Top with whipped cream, hazelnut chocolate truffles, melted chocolate, and a chocolate bar.
