These muffins are the PERFECT balance of many different tastes that just work so well together! They’re super chocolatey, but aren’t overly sweet. These muffins could be used as a snack or even a quick breakfast.

 

Yields about 26 muffins

Ingredients

Chocolate Cranberry Oat Muffins

  • 5 bananas

  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 3 cups flour (I used GF flour)

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

Prepare the Chocolate Cranberry Oat Muffins

Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
