These muffins are the PERFECT balance of many different tastes that just work so well together! They’re super chocolatey, but aren’t overly sweet. These muffins could be used as a snack or even a quick breakfast.
Yields about 26 muffins
5 bananas
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
3 cups flour (I used GF flour)
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
2 cups raw oats
1 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
1 cup fresh cranberries
Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
