You do need a mixer, but you don’t need to invest a lot of time to make these stunning molded chocolate confections, and they will take your dessert course to the next level.
3 eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
18 ounces Elite Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
2 cups plus 3/4 cup nondairy creamer, divided
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lightly whip the eggs and sugar.
Heat the creamer until it reaches a boil. Add the chocolate and mix until melted and homogenous.
Pour the chocolate blend into the whipped eggs and lightly mix until well blended.
Pour mixture into a silicone mold in the shape of batons (or any other mold you like). Place into the oven for about 15 minutes.
Chill the chocolate in the silicone mold in the freezer for a minimum of two hours, and until ready to serve.
