Rich and easy chocolate pie.
1 pie crust, regular or crumb, bought or homemade
1 carton Rich’s Whip
8 oz. chocolate chips
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350.
If using regular crust, prebake for 7 minutes.
Heat Rich’s Whip in a small pot over medium flame until almost boiling. Add chocolate chips, let sit one minute, then stir with a wooden spoon until melted and smooth.
Lightly beat two eggs together, mix in a little of the chocolate mixture to temper, then mix eggs into chocolate mixture.
Pour into pie crust and bake for 30 minutes.
Can be served warm or cold, plain or with any toppings you want such as whipped cream, shaved chocolate, etc.
