Ingredients

Chopped Deli Sandwich

  • 1 package beef salami

  • 1 package smoked turkey

  • 1 package pastrami

  • 6 mini pickles

  • 1 and 1/2 cups lettuce

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1/4 purple onion

  • 2 Roma tomatoes

Directions

1.

Dice deli, pickles, lettuce, pepper, onion, and tomatoes. The smaller you dice everything, the better.

2.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, sriracha sauce, and water. Toss with the chopped salad.

3.

Serve with your favorite bread or on a bed of tortilla chips.

Variation:

Use any of your favorite vegetables, such as cucumbers, hot peppers, cab-bage, or jalapeƱo peppers.

Add grilled chicken, little pieces of schnitzel, or meat.
