This is a super-easy dinner I can make quickly for a family in need. No one who receives this supper knows how fast it comes together. Shhhh… it’ll be our little secret! Broiling the chicken creates a chumus crust on the chicken that is delicious. I like to send it with pitas and a tomato salad.
10 ounces chumus, such as Sabra
10 thin chicken cutlets
3 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice, for drizzling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
On a large baking sheet, spread each piece of chicken generously with chumus and drizzle each with a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Cook for six minutes, then set the oven on broil and broil for another three minutes or until a crust is formed.
