Who doesn’t love coffee crumb cake? I have been making this cake for over a decade and am not even sure who gave it to me originally. It’s both foolproof and delicious!
Yield: 1 9×13-inch cake
3 cups Glicks Flour
2 and 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup soy milk (or water)
1 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Glicks Flour
1/4 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
2 tablespoons coarsely crushed pecans, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat cake ingredients together and pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle over cake.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 55 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
