Citrus Spinach Salad with Creamy Orange Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce/285-gram) package fresh spinach or arugula

  • seeds of 1/2 a pomegranate

  • 1–2 persimmons, sliced

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • 1 grapefruit, sliced

  • toasted salted almonds (optional)

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon Gefen Honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Salad

Mix dressing ingredients well. In a large bowl, layer spinach or arugula, pomegranate seeds, persimmons, orange, and grapefruit. Add dressing and toss lightly. Top with almonds, if desired.
