Diets Coconut water is a potent, naturally sourced electrolyte drink that promotes long-term hydration. Fruit is another natural source of electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals, and it pairs beautifully with coconut. These refreshing drinks will cool you down on a hot summer Shabbos while steadily increasing your internal fluid levels. They also look magnificent on the table. I like to set up multiple carafes with different fruit combinations for a beautiful look and lots of options.
Yield: 1 pitcher
2 cups water
2 cups coconut water
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit chunks or slices, such as Beleaves (see note)
1/2 cup ice cubes
In a pitcher, combine water, coconut water, fruit, and ice. Stir.
