Cookies N Cream Pancakes

Ingredients

Pancakes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 large egg

  • crushed Oreos

  • white chocolate chips

Directions

1.

Mix all batter ingredients in a bowl.

Gently fold in crushed Oreos or sandwich cookies into the pancake batter, ensuring even distribution.

3.

Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease with a small amount of oil or cooking spray.

4.

Pour 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the griddle to form pancakes.

5.

Sprinkle white chocolate chips onto each pancake as it cooks. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

6.

Once cooked, stack the pancakes on a plate, and drizzle with maple syrup.

7.

Finish by adding more crushed cookies on top for an extra burst of cookies n’ cream flavor.

8.

Serve warm and enjoy your delicious cookies n’ cream pancakes!
