Cracker-crumb coated schnitzel!
2 packages Ritz-style crackers
1 package chicken cutlets
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Tonnelli Avocado Oil, for frying
In a food processor, crush up the crackers. (It should still have pieces in it. It shouldn’t be powder).
Mix together the mayonnaise and spices.
Dip the chicken into the mayonnaise and then into the crumbs.
Let the chicken sit for 10 to 15 minutes before frying so the crumbs stick.
Heat up the oil and fry the chicken until golden brown. Enjoy!
