Ingredients

Creamy Lemon Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 small lemon

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup fresh-grated parmesan cheese

  • salt

  • pepper

Directions

1.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

2.

Sauté the garlic in butter.

3.

Add juice of 1 lemon, some lemon zest, sugar, and heavy cream.

4.

Add the cooked pasta.

5.

Let it simmer. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper.

6.

Serve with grated parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
