The best part (besides the fact that, duh, chocolate) about these bites is that they’re gluten-free AND Kosher for Passover. Sold?
1 (12-ounce) bag dark chocolate chips
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
a sprinkle of flaky salt, such as Tuscanini
Melt chocolate using the microwave or double boiler method.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spread the melted chocolate onto the sheet in an even layer.
Top the chocolate with the strawberries and pretzels, then transfer to the refrigerator to set for 30 minutes to one hour, until fully hardened.
Break up the chocolate bark and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one month or in the freezer for up to three.
