Directions

Prepare the Chocolate Bark

  1. Fill a small saucepan with about one and a half inches water. Heat over low-medium heat. Place a heat safe bowl on top of the pot and melt chocolate inside. Once melted, mix in honey and remove from heat.

  2. Mix two thirds of fruit and nut mixture into chocolate. Spread chocolate on parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. Spread remaining fruit nut mixture on top of chocolate and sprinkle with coconut if desired.

  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour, until chocolate hardens. Break up into pieces.

Notes:

This can be stored on the counter in a sealed container. Freezes well.
