This is a fun recipe to make with the kids for Passover. It makes a great snack!
2 sticks margarine or butter
3 (9-ounce) bags Glicks Chocolate Chips (dairy or nondairy)
12 ounces Gefen Roasted Almond Butter
6 to 8 square sheets Yehuda Matzos
hazelnut brittle, to sprinkle
In a medium saucepan, melt margarine or butter. Add chocolate chips and almond butter, mixing until smooth.
Spread chocolate mixture on one side of the matzo squares. Refrigerate for one hour.
Spread chocolate mixture on the second side of the matzo and sprinkle generously with hazelnut brittle.
Refrigerate 10 more minutes and serve.
