1/3 cup Tonnelli Grapeseed Oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup Gefen Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup hazelnut brittle
sea salt, for sprinkling
Mix together all ingredients. Form into a log (about three x 12 inches) on a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. If you are doubling the recipe and making multiple logs, leave a lot of space in between because these do spread quite a bit. Sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once heated, bake cookies for about 25 minutes. Slice while warm.
