1 and 1/4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
for decorating: wafer rolls, chocolate syrup, sprinkles etc
Mix dry ingredients, add oil, egg and milk and mix until smooth.
Spray sandwich maker with Pam. Pour spoonful of batter into each “triangle” of the sandwich maker. (Instead of flipping the pancakes, turn the sandwich maker upside down to crisp the top part of the pancake. Please note the top part of the sandwich maker can got hot so don’t put directly on the counter).
Decorate by dipping pancake into chocolate syrup (or maple syrup, caramel etc) and then dipping into sprinkles (or whatever else you’d like).
Place on plate and put half of a wafer roll on top of the triangle to complete the dreidel!
