6 pieces short ribs
salt
pepper
onion powder
1/2 cup Glicks Ketchup
1/2 cup apricot jam, such as Tuscanini
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
4 whole garlic cloves
Preheat oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place meat in a 9×13-inch pan. Sprinkle both sides of the meat with spices.
Using an immersion blender, blend ketchup, jam, honey, and soy sauce. Pour over meat. Place garlic cubes in the pan.
Cover pan tightly with foil and place in the oven.
Bake for four to five hours or until butter-soft.
