3 to 4 tablespoons Pereg Shawarma Seasoning
2 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, cut into bite-size pieces
3 tablespoons oil
Toss cutlets with shawarma spice until evenly coated.
Add oil to a pan, and heat it on medium heat.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook, stirring, until the chicken is fully cooked, about six to eight minutes.
Serve the shawarma in a pita with your favorite toppings.
