1/4 cup arugula sprouts
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 cups sliced cooked chicken schnitzel (or grilled chicken)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup romaine lettuce
pepper, to taste
salt, to taste
1/4 cup Haddar Tahini
4 soft tacos
Heat a large pan. Toast the tacos for about a minute per side.
Lay out the tacos. Put in some lettuce and cabbage. Drizzle lemon juice and add salt and pepper. Top with a few pieces of shredded chicken and avocado slices. Drizzle some tahini and top with arugula sprouts. Voila!
