Diets This side dish elevates a simple fillet of fish to a gourmet dinner. Thanks to my sister Tzippy for this great combo!
1 16-ounce (450-gram) package Gefen Angel Hair Pasta or spaghetti, cooked
1/4 cup oil
1 large onion, diced
2 red peppers, cut into strips
3 cloves garlic, diced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic (optional)
2/3 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
2/3 cup honey
1 and 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion until translucent. Add pepper and garlic and sauté until slightly soft.
Mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl and add half the sauce into the vegetables. Simmer until soft.
Add the cooked pasta and the rest of the sauce. Mix well. Serve hot.
Serving suggestion: Flake the fish into small pieces and mix into the noodles for a one bowl meal.
