My daughter is allergic to sesame so I created this recipe to make a chummus we can enjoy without techina! Hope you enjoy as much as our family does!
Can of chickpeas
2 cubes fresh or frozen garlic
2 TB extra virgin olive oil
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice from fresh lemon
Optional- 1/3 jar green olives
First defrost the garlic if it’s frozen, and then add everything together. Blend in a blender or with hand blender!
