These donuts can be whipped up in a pinch to fulfill your donut craving when you have no time to let donut dough rise. The dough is very easy to work with, and each donut will really puff up in the oil. Roll each tablespoon of dough for the nicest results. Coat the donuts in confectioner’s sugar or frosting of your choice for a sweet finish!
2 eggs
2 cups Glicks Flour
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
6 tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla leben or 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
oil, for frying
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Drop by tablespoon into hot oil and deep fry.
Remove with slotted spoon and drain.

Not long- once they start to turn golden brown on one side- flip them over and they’ll be done.
Yumm Made this for a chanukah party and they were a hit. I made them bigger than the recipe said so had to fry a little longer to make sure the inside cooked. Super easy way to make donuts!
