Elegant meets yummy in this delicious cake.
2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
1 cup pareve milk, such as Gefen Almond Milk
sugar and Gefen Cinnamon, for sprinkling
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat margarine and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, continuously beating well. Add the rest of the ingredients, minus the cranberries, and beat for 10 minutes.
Pour half of the batter into a greased Bundt pan; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Drop in 1⁄2 cup cranberries. Sprinkle again with sugar and cinnamon. Add the rest of the batter.
Bake for 1 and 1⁄4 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Elegant Cranberry Bundt Cake could i skip out the cranberries, and not add anything in there?
You might be able to, not sure how much moisture the cranberries add. I’m sure it should be fine or you could use any other frozen fruit such as blueberries.
We gona make this again!! Was delicious! I did not use the cranberries instead i used colorful sprinkles!!
