12 ounces Manischewitz Medium Noodles, cooked and drained
1 pound cottage cheese
8 ounces sour cream
4 ounces butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1/3 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
1 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and pour into 9/13 pan.
Combine ingredients for topping and sprinkle over kugel. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
