Fish Rolls In Flaky Dough
Roll out one sheet of puff pastry. Spread one half of fish roll over dough.
Roll dough. Mark 15 slits for slicing.
Repeat with remaining dough.
Bake for an hour and a half at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Process celery, carrots, and onions. Sautee in liberal amount of oil for one and a half hours, stirring occasionally. (Sauteed vegetables may be prepared ahead of time and frozen.)
Defrost vegetables and add remaining sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook for half an hour. Discard green pepper.
Serve fish rolls hot with sauce.
