Are you missing summer’s warm rays and languid days? These chicken patties will bring a bit of sunshine back into your kitchen when you serve them on buns with a little fried onion and tomato.
2 pounds ground chicken breast
4 eggs
1/2 package onion soup mix
1/2 package mushroom mix
2 slices challah, soaked and squeezed
1/2 cup water
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into small patties.
Fry in hot oil on both sides until deep golden in color.
Patties can also be baked: Grease baking pan with four tablespoons of oil. Place patties into pan, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes on each side.

Flavored Meat Patties what onion soup mix are you referring to? what make and weight of the packet
what mushroom mix is the recipe referring too? what make & weight of the packet?
HI Chaim. I am looking into it, but I think it’s a standard size.
Perfect for the busy house wife I used 1 tbsp/30g for each mix and it tasted delicious . In future I would appreciate more specified amounts.
