Fruit Soup

  • 1 liter apricot nectar (I used the Spring brand)

  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple

  • 1 cup pareve sour cream

  • 10 ouncesĀ frozen strawberries

Directions

1.

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve chilled.

although cantaloupe is not my conventional fruit for blending.This was delicious!
