Diets A FUN way to spend time with your family and also make a sweet treat for Chanukah. Kids love being involved, and you’ll have one less dish to clean thanks to mixing everything right in the bag!
3 eggs
1 and 1/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon Haddar Baking Powder
2 cups Glicks Flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup powdered sugar, such as Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
oil, for frying
Heat oil in a large pot.
Mix and shake together all ingredients in a bag, then cut off the corner using scissors.
Drizzle the batter into the hot oil. Make swirls, overlapping each other.
Once golden on one side, flip to the other. Remove and place onto paper towels to soak up excess oil.
Add on some powdered sugar or even some jelly for a deconstructed jelly donut! It’s amazing! Crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside.
