Easy four-step Gluten Free chocolate chip deliciousness!
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 cup tapioca starch
1 cup potato starch
2 eggs
1 cup oil
3/4 cup almond flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Add eggs, oil, sugars, and vanilla, and mix with fork or spatula.
Combine the rest and mix together.
Spread on a cookie sheet and bake on 375 for 18 to 20 minutes till the edges are brown.
Cut while warm and enjoy!
