Diets Elevate your orzo game tonight with this tasty dish. The simple yet rich flavors of the sautéed veggies really take this humble dish to the next level.
3 cups Gefen Orzo, cooked according to package instructions
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup Beleaves Frozen Spinach
4 Tuscanini Sundried Tomatoes, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Cook orzo and set aside in a 9×13-inch pan.
Sauté mushrooms, onion, pepper, and spinach. Add it to the orzo along with the spices and sundried tomatoes.
Toss and enjoy hot or cold.
