Ingredients

Greek Yogurt Donut Holes

  • 1 single-serve (7-ounce/200-gram) container Greek yogurt (I used vanilla flavor)

  • flour (measured in the yogurt cup of course)

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • any toppings you like

  • oil, to spray

  • glaze (optional)

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Combine all ingredients till a dough forms.

3.

Roll the dough into balls and coat in your favorite toppings. If you want to glaze the donut holes instead, leave plain.

4.

Place the donut holes in a baking pan sprayed with oil. Bake for eight to 10 minutes.

5.

Let cool, glaze if you like, and then enjoy!

Variation:

You can also make these chocolate-flavored. Use plain yogurt and add one teaspoon cocoa powder.

Also, is it about 7 oz of flour–to fill the yogurt cup?
