Diets No pan, no fry, no mess!
1 single-serve (7-ounce/200-gram) container Greek yogurt (I used vanilla flavor)
flour (measured in the yogurt cup of course)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
any toppings you like
oil, to spray
glaze (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients till a dough forms.
Roll the dough into balls and coat in your favorite toppings. If you want to glaze the donut holes instead, leave plain.
Place the donut holes in a baking pan sprayed with oil. Bake for eight to 10 minutes.
Let cool, glaze if you like, and then enjoy!
