Ingredients

Salad

  • 2 cups green beans

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/3 cup pecans

Dressing

Directions

Prepare the Green Bean Salad with Pecans and Feta

1.

Cook green beans in boiling water for five minutes. Strain and rinse immediately.

2.

In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.

3.

To assemble: In a large bowl, place green beans, cherry tomatoes, pecans, and feta cheese. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
