Diets Savory and sophisticated, this is a chopped salad with a really different taste.
2 cups green beans
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup pecans
1/4 cup Ta’amti Feta Cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Manischewitz Honey
2 teaspoons mustard
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cook green beans in boiling water for five minutes. Strain and rinse immediately.
In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.
To assemble: In a large bowl, place green beans, cherry tomatoes, pecans, and feta cheese. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
