If you haven’t tried grilled kishka yet, what are you waiting for!? It’s a seriously good addition to any BBQ. Pictured here on a meat board perfect for Shabbat day lunch.
1/4 to 1/2 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
1 kishka (parve or meat)
Cut the kishka into slices.
Brush both sides with BBQ sauce and grill until grill marks appear on both sides.
