1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup flax meal
1/2 cup oats (gluten-free, if needed)
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1 and 1/2 cups filtered water
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 cup melted chocolate, in a piping bag
caramel, optional
jam, optional
vanilla cream, optional
Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the water.
Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes until the water is incorporated.
With a spoon or a spatula, press the mixture into a baking pan covered with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cut triangles with a sharp knife and flip onto the other side.
Bake again for 30 minutes until edges are golden.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
Drizzle the melted chocolate on top.
Store in a jar or container for up to one week on the counter or one month in the freezer (if they last that long!).
