1 cup Manischewitz Honey
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons mustard, such as Haddar Dijon MustardÂ
1 tablespoon curry
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place chicken in a baking pan.
In a large measuring cup, combine honey, oil, mustard, curry, and salt. Microwave for one minute to liquefy the mixture and make it easy to pour.
Pour sauce over chicken. Place in oven, uncovered, and bake until golden, about 45 to 60 minutes, turning upside down halfway through.
