6-8 chicken drumsticks, skinless
1 large onion, cut into rings
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line the bottom of a baking dish with half the onion rings. Lay the drumsticks on top and pour the orange juice over them.
In a small bowl, mix together the mustard and honey.
Rub the mixture on each drumstick, pouring the remainder over all the chicken.
Top with the rest of the onions and cover.
Bake covered for 75 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 40 to 50 minutes.
