1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips
3/4 – 1 cup cornflakes, crushed or Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
2 tablespoons mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Gefen Paprika
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a large baking sheet.
Pour the mustard into a small bowl. In a different shallow bowl, combine the cornflake crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Dip each chicken strip into the mustard and then the crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet and bake for 19 minutes at 425° F. Let cool slightly before transferring to a serving plate; otherwise the coating will slip off.
