1/3 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
4 and 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 stick cinnamon or 1 teaspoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon
Combine the cocoa, sugar, and pinch of salt in a saucepan.
Stir in milk and vanilla and heat until very hot, but do not boil. Remove from heat.
Garnish with cinnamon, if desired.
