Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • cloves of 1 head garlic, peeled

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Black Olives, sliced

  • 1 and 1/2 pounds chicken caponsĀ (skin-on, deboned chicken thighs)

Directions

Prepare the Capons

1.

Whisk together all ingredients and marinate chicken overnight.

2.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

3.

Pour entire mixture into a baking pan, tucking garlic underneath the chicken.

4.

Cover and bake for 20 minutes, uncover and bake for five to 10 minutes, or until chicken is crisp at the edges.
