Main ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions

Prepare the Jelly Doughnut Mug Cake

Mix ingredients together in a mug and microwave on high for one minute,

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar garnish.

Perfect recipe I don’t bake. I don’t do cake. But these are AMAZING. Easy, delicious and perfect for curling up with on a cold winter’s evening (or morning… or afternoon…)
