16 ounces Gefen Corn Syrup
7-8 cups rice krispies
16 ounces Gefen Peanut Butter
1 cup sugar
Melt the peanut butter, corn syrup and sugar together over a sauce pan or in the microwave.
Add in rice krispies.
Spray hand with oil or wear a glove to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands too much.
Press around one tablespoon of peanut butter rice krispie mixture into mini silicone donut pan and create a well in the center.
Place your favorite jam into a zip lock bag or piping bag. Cut off the tip and pipe jam into the wells of your rice krispie treats.
Press two donut halves together to form a 3-D jelly stuffed donut.

I haven’t made this recipe yet because I’m allergic to wheat and corn. Yeah…I know.
Is there something other than corn syrup that I can use? I was so happy to see it was
made from rice…I became overjoyed! Then the dreaded corn syrup reared it’s ugly head.
Thanks,
Diana
You can use honey.
Te ony thing missing is banana. I think I will add banana flavoring to the pnut butter.
