Ingredients

Kielpasta

  • 1 (9-ounce) package frozen lo mein noodles (such as Gefen)

  • 1 (8-ounce) kielbasa, sliced into rounds

  • 1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips

  • 3 scallions, checked and sliced

  • 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • 1/3 cup ketchup

  • 1/3 cup Haddar Brown Sugar

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons mustard

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

1.

Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

In a sauté pan or skillet, sauté kielbasa, red peppers, scallions, garlic, salt and pepper for about 10 minutes, until soft and cooked through.

3.

In a small bowl, combine ketchup, sugar, mustard and honey. Pour over kielbasa mixture. Reduce flame to low and simmer about five minutes.

4.

Add noodles and toss to combine.
