These little sweet-tart bites of frozen fruit are perfect as a quick treat.
2 kiwis
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
1 and 1/2 tablespoons salted crushed pistachios
Peel and slice he kiwis. Place them on a plate or pan covered with parchment paper.
Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil for one and a half minutes until melted and smooth.
Drizzle chocolate over kiwis, and sprinkle on crushed pistachios.
Freeze for one and a half hours or until kiwi is frozen.
